These oven baked spicy buffalo Brussels sprouts are made with just 5 simple ingredients and are ready in under 30 minutes. A perfect main dish or a side to pair with your favorite main.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts washed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil divided
- ¼ cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce or your favorite brand
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
- Place the brussels sprouts on the baking sheet and drizzle with1 tablespoon of olive oil, toss to coat
- Roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through
- Meanwhile mix together the remaining olive oil, franks, garlic powder and salt
- Drizzle the buffalo sauce over the brussels sprouts
- Then return to the oven to bake an additional 3-5 minutes, until sauce is bubbly
- Serve warm
