Buffalo Cheese Sauce and Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup blue cheese dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a saucepan to medium and melt the butter.  Add in the heavy cream. Then the cream cheese. Add salt and pepper. Add in the shredded cheddar.
  2. Then whisk in the buffalo sauce. And finally, whisk in the blue cheese dressing.  Mix until well combined and smooth. Remove from the heat.
  3. It's ready to serve with your favorite veggie or protein!
  4. Store leftovers in the fridge for a few days in an airtight jar or freeze.  Reheating is easy either stove top or in the microwave.  Add a tiny bit of hot water, whisk and it will return to it's original velvety texture!
