Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded (about 2 breasts)
  • ¼ cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 8 stalks celery rinsed and ends trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives chopped, for garnish
  • ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. To a medium bowl, add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined using 2 forks.
  2. Generously fill each stalk of celery with the chicken mixture.
  3. Garnish with chives, if desired, and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Notes

  • I you want, you can cut the celery stalks into smaller sections before filling.
