Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 1/4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • bunch celery
  • crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the ranch dressing and mix well.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the bottom of an 11x7" pan.
  5. In another bowl, mix together the chicken, wing sauce and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar.
  6. Dollop and spread this over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with the remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it is bubbly and heated through.
  9. Serve warm with celery and crackers.
