Ingredients

  • 12 ounces shredded chicken
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot sauce
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese shredded and divided
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded and divided
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup Jalapeño seeded and finely diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, sour cream, and jalapenos. Stir to combine.
  3. Place mixture in a 8 inch skillet or an 8x8 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is warmed all the way through and the cheese is melted.
  5. Enjoy!
