Buffalo Chicken Salad Sliders

A simple buffalo chicken salad is tossed together in 10 minutes, then placed on slider buns for the perfect game day appetizer, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • ½ cup pepperoncinis sliced
  • ½ cup carrots shredded
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup blue cheese dressing
  • 8 hawaiian sweet rolls or slider buns
  • ½ cup Blue cheese crumbles optional topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, pepperoncinis, carrots, celery and cilantro in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing on top.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Spoon the chicken salad onto the rolls or buns, then top with the blue cheese crumbles, if desired.
