Buffalo Chicken Salad Sliders

A simple buffalo chicken salad is tossed together in 10 minutes, then placed on slider buns for the perfect game day appetizer, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- ½ cup pepperoncinis sliced
- ½ cup carrots shredded
- ½ cup celery chopped
- 1 tbsp cilantro
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup blue cheese dressing
- 8 hawaiian sweet rolls or slider buns
- ½ cup Blue cheese crumbles optional topping
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, pepperoncinis, carrots, celery and cilantro in a large bowl.
- Pour the buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing on top.
- Toss to combine.
- Spoon the chicken salad onto the rolls or buns, then top with the blue cheese crumbles, if desired.
