These buffalo chicken sliders are the perfect appetizer with shredded chicken drenched in spicy buffalo sauce, topped with melty cheese, so easy to make!

Ingredients
- 24 ounces shredded chicken warmed (3 cups – rotisserie chicken is great for this)
- 1 cup buffalo sauce use homemade or your favorite brand
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing or use ranch dressing
- salt to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 2-3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese or use Monterrey jack or pepper jack
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175C).
- Mix together the warmed shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, and salt (if desired) in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread out the bottoms of the slider rolls onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Top each with half of the shredded cheese.
- Divide the buffalo chicken mixture onto the buns, 2 ounces each, then top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Add the tops of the slider buns, then brush each with melted butter. Sprinkle on red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bun tops are nicely browned.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve!
