For chicken:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
For topping and serving:
  • 12-18 small taco size tortillas
  • 3 stalks celery, washed and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled, then grated
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Blue cheese crumbles
  • ranch dressing
