Ingredients
- 1 batch Keto Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets
- 4 low carb tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce finely shredded
- ½ cup tomatoes sliced
- ¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
- 2 tablespoons celery diced
- Optional: blue cheese crumbles
Instructions
- Prepare a batch of Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake them in the oven or fry them on the stovetop. Toss in the buffalo wing sauce, slice them in half (so they lay flat) and set aside.
- Take each tortilla and add some shredded and sliced tomatoes on top.
- Drizzle the blue cheese dressing and add the sliced buffalo chicken nuggets on top.
- Add the chopped celery and (optional) blue cheese crumbles on top.
- Roll up the tortilla and slice in half for easy serving.
