Buffalo Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, vinegar, and spices. Whisk constantly until smooth; bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and use it immediately in a recipe or let it cool completely before storing and serving.
Store:
  1. Transfer the cool Buffalo sauce into a lidded jar or bottle and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
