Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 100 g plain flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50 g butter Unsalted
- 125 ml hot sauce Such as Frank's RedHot
- 2 tbsp honey
- vegetable oil For Frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Mix together plain flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat chicken wings in the flour mixture and shake off any excess.
- Heat enough vegetable oil in a deep-frying pan to cover the wings.
- Fry the chicken wings in batches for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and mix in hot sauce and honey.
- Transfer the cooked wings to the saucepan and coat generously with the buffalo sauce.
