Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50 g butter Unsalted
  • 125 ml hot sauce Such as Frank's RedHot
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • vegetable oil For Frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix together plain flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken wings in the flour mixture and shake off any excess.
  4. Heat enough vegetable oil in a deep-frying pan to cover the wings.
  5. Fry the chicken wings in batches for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Melt butter in a saucepan and mix in hot sauce and honey.
  7. Transfer the cooked wings to the saucepan and coat generously with the buffalo sauce.
  8. Serve the buffalo wings hot with your desired dipping sauce.
