Ingredients

  • 5 cups rice chex cereal
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • 16 ounces White Chocolate Melts
  • 1/2 cup Easter M&Ms
  • 1 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Pour the rice Chex cereal, almonds, and mini pretzels into a medium bowl and mix them together.
  2. In a small microwave-safe bowl add the white chocolate melts and microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring well in between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate into the bowl and toss until all of the ingredients are well coated.
  4. Pour the coated cereal mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and sprinkle the M&Ms and mini marshmallows over it.
  5. Once both the snack mix has cooled completely gently scoop it up off of the baking sheet, breaking apart any large chunks that might be stuck together, and place it in a bowl to serve or store in an airtight container for later.
