Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion granules
  • 0.5 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a small bowl.
  2. Mix well and transfer to an air-tight jar.

Notes

  • The best time to season a burger is right before you are about to cook them. Seasoning them well in advance will cause them to be dry and tough, as the salt draws out the moisture.
