Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for a touch of smokiness)
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir or shake until combined.Store your burger seasoning in an airtight container in a cool, dark place where it will keep for a few months.To use, sprinkle a little on your burger patties just before cooking them. You can also add this seasoning to steaks, pork chops, seafood, kabobs, ribs, and veggies, or keep it at the dining table as an all-purpose seasoning.Makes about 1/4 cup.
