Burger Seasoning Recipe

Make a great burger taste even better with a few shakes of this homemade Burger Seasoning!  This versatile blend is also great on steaks, pork chops, kabobs, grilled veggies and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for a touch of smokiness)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Place all of the ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir or shake until combined.Store your burger seasoning in an airtight container in a cool, dark place where it will keep for a few months.To use, sprinkle a little on your burger patties just before cooking them. You can also add this seasoning to steaks, pork chops, seafood, kabobs, ribs, and veggies, or keep it at the dining table as an all-purpose seasoning.Makes about 1/4 cup.
