- ½ onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 50 ml – 1.7 oz. white wine
- 200 gms – 7 oz. Burrata

- 4 tbsp parmigiano reggiano finely grated
- 4 tbsp truffle oil
