Ingredients

  • 3 cups cherry tomato multi-colored
  • 1 peach sliced
  • 2 burrata cheese 4 ounces each, room temperature, balls
  • 2/3 cup green olives
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup basil fresh
  • 1 baguette sliced and toasted

Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes in half and arrange them on a plate. Arrange the sliced peach on the plate as well.
  2. Add the burrata to the plate. You can either place the ball on the plate or tear it into pieces like shown in the photos. Add the green olives.
  3. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and finish with fresh basil leaves.
  4. Serve with toasted baguette slices.

Notes

  • Let burrata come to room temperature before serving to achieve optimal creaminess.
  • You may use store-bought or homemade balsamic glaze to drizzle over the dish.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within two days for freshness.
