Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 8 oz (230g) potatoes peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 4 oz (125g) white mushroom or cremini mushroom, stems removed and sliced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ome Chopped Parsley Leaves

Instructions

  1. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to a sauté pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the potatoes and sauté until they are slightly charred and light golden brown. Push the potatoes to one side.
  2. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté the mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are cooked, stir to combine them with the potatoes.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and the chopped parsley, then stir to combine well. Dish out and serve immediately.
