Ingredients
- 100 gms butter softened, unsalted, 7 tablespoons
- 185 gms caster sugar sifted, 6.5 oz
- ½ tsp vanilla extract or essence
- 200 gms self-raising flour sifted, 1.6 cups
- 125 ml milk 1/2 cup
- 2 egg
- 1 creme patissiere cooled, batch
Notes
- You will have some crème patissière left. You can use it to make Profiteroles or Fruit Tartelettes. You can keep it in the fridge for 2 or 3 days.
