Buttermilk Dill Sauce
This cold buttermilk dill sauce is great with raw or roasted vegetables, grilled or baked salmon or even as a salad dressing. Makes about ¾ cup.

Ingredients
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh dill* (you need about 2 sprigs (8-inch length) for that)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes
- *Two teaspoons will give this sauce a mild dill flavor. For a more intense dill flavor add more chopped dill (up to 4 teaspoons).
