Butterscotch Brownie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup pastry flour
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven the oven 190°F (375°F).
  2. Butter coat a 9-inch square baking cake pan.
  3. Combine and mix all ingredients together.
  4. Evenly spread the brownie mixture into the cake pan.
  5. Place into preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Brownie should be almont firm at the surface.
  6. Remove from oven and cool for 20 minutes, then cut into squares.
  7. Dust with some icing sugar or drizzle with butterscotch icing.
