Butterscotch Chip Cookies
Butterscotch Chip Cookies are chewy and buttery with a blend of butterscotch and milk chocolate chips. The dough is creamed with softened unsalted butter and a mix of sugars to create a tender crumb, then chilled briefly to improve handling and texture before baking to golden perfection. These cookies combine two types of sweet chips for a richer, layered sweetness.
