Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Robusta medium grind coffee (or medium coarse grind)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Boil water in a kettle or a pot.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk to a coffee cup.
  3. Fill a separate tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Spoon the coffee into the Vietnamese coffee drip filter (phin).

  7. The coffee will slowly drip into the cup.
  8. Once it is ready, stir the coffee and the sweetened condensed milk.
  9. Pour over the ice in the tall glass.
