The Cacao Smoothie blends frozen banana and blueberries with almond milk, cacao powder, and nibs to create a creamy, chocolatey frozen drink. Almond butter adds richness and healthy fats, while the blend yields a thick and cold smoothie suitable for breakfast or a snack. The cacao nib topping adds texture and pure cocoa flavor.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup almond milk or oat milk, unsweetened
- 1 banana frozen
- ¾ cup blueberries frozen
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter or other nut butter
- 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-powdered blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust ice or liquid amounts if needed. Pour into a glass and top with additional cacao nibs, if desired and enjoy!
