Description
This smoothie combines ¾ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk with frozen banana and blueberries for natural sweetness and creaminess. A tablespoon each of cacao powder and cacao nibs provide deep chocolate notes both in flavor and texture.
Adding almond butter enhances the texture with a nutty richness and healthy fats. Ice cubes help achieve a thick, cold consistency after blending.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup almond milk or oat milk, unsweetened
- 1 banana frozen
- ¾ cup blueberries frozen
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter or other nut butter
- 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-powdered blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust ice or liquid amounts if needed. Pour into a glass and top with additional cacao nibs, if desired and enjoy!
