Ingredients
- 1 pkg Cadbury Creme Eggs 3 or 5 pack
- ½ cup butter or 1 stick
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour -
- 1 ½ cups milk chocolate or almond bark
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- Pastel Sprinkles of Choice
Instructions
- Line an 8 X 8 inch pan with Parchment paper, and make sure you leave the paper hanging over the sides to help lift the fudge out once it's set.
- In a bowl melt butter until soft, add sugar, and vanilla, stir until combined. Place 1 cup of flour in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 1 minute, then add to butter mixture.
- Stir until combined.
- Add condensed milk to flour mixture and stir.
- Melt chocolate in 30 second bursts in microwave until melted. Stirring in between. Next, add melted chocolate to condensed milk mixture.
- Stir until the chocolate is completely blended.
- Add to prepared dish and spread fudge evenly into the corners. Break creme eggs in half and immediately place on top of fudge, slightly pressing them into the top of the fudge. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy every bite!
