Cadbury Mini Egg Ice Cream

Creamy no churn vanilla ice cream wit the popular Cadbury mini chocolate eggs. Fun Spring dessert idea.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cadbury Eggs smashed

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl stir together sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream on high speed until stiff peaks form (3-4 minutes). Gently fold into condensed milk and vanilla mixture.
  3. Put cadbury eggs in a large Ziploc bag and crush with a mallet. Fold into ice cream mix. Put in a freezable container and keep in freezer until it hardens 6-8 hours.
