Ingredients
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese
- 1 cup (125g) powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
- ½ cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup (180g) Cadbury mini chocolate Easter egg candies
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Fold in half of the chopped Easter egg candy.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
- Chill for a minimum of 2 hours to set.
- Sprinkle the remaining chopped Easter egg candy over the top of the dip, then serve with vanilla wafers, graham crackers, and/or fruit for dipping.
