Cadbury Mini Eggs Cheesecake Dip

This easy Cadbury Mini Eggs Cheesecake Dip is a great dessert dip for Easter.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese
  • 1 cup (125g) powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup (180g) Cadbury mini chocolate Easter egg candies

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Fold in half of the chopped Easter egg candy.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  6. Chill for a minimum of 2 hours to set.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining chopped Easter egg candy over the top of the dip, then serve with vanilla wafers, graham crackers, and/or fruit for dipping.

  • You can soften your cream cheese by placing it into a glass bowl and microwaving it for 15 seconds.

  • To crush your candies, you can either chop them with a chef’s knife, pulse them in a food processor, or place them in a sealed zip lock bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Storage - Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 days. Allow it to come to room temperature before serving.
