Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- ½ cup Sour Cream or Greek yogurt
- ⅔ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced or 1 teaspoon dried
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon anchovy fillets minced to paste or 2 fillets
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Get out and measure your ingredients.
- Add all ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
- Using a whisk, blend until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, if not two, before serving.
- Enjoy every bite!

- Prepared Spices - To save time, you can get all the spices you need at the grocery store.
