Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 anchovy fillet rinsed, see note
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper coarse ground

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the salad dressing ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth with an immersion blender or in a food processor.

Notes

  • You can also use anchovy paste which comes in a small tube. Use about 1 tablespoon in place of one fillet.
