Ingredients
- 200 g unsalted butter slightly softened
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 2 teaspoon finely chopped chives
- 1 cup flat leaf parsley very finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon finely grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon fine salt
- a few grinds of fresh black pepper
Instructions
- Add slightly softened butter to a bowl.
- Then add remaining ingredients to the butter and mix well to combine (I use a fork for this).
- Shape into a log and wrap in baking paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate.
