Café Mocha Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • ⅓ cup chocolate protein protein
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender along with 1/2 cup water. Pulse until it starts to break down, about 30 seconds, then add in enough ice to thicken – about 1-2 cups, depending on preferred level of thickness. 

Notes

  • Serving size varies depending on how much ice you add so simply divide the blender evenly between two glasses.
