Ingredients

  • 8 oz thin spaghetti
  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 4 oz. fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked chicken diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese I used garlic flavor

Instructions

  1. Boil water and cook the pasta. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. While the pasta cooks melt the butter in a frying pan. Saute the peppers, onions and mushrooms with the Cajun seasoning for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken. Cook for a minute.
  4. Add the Philadelphia Cooking Creme and cooked pasta. Put in a casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
