Cajun Chicken Wings Recipe

These Cajun Dry Rub Wings are easy to make and have a spicy twist on traditional chicken wings. With a crispy outside and tender and juicy inside, they are the perfect dry rub wing combination.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound wings
  • 1/4 cup Cajun Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Add the wings to a large mixing bowl with the cajun seasoning.
  3. Mix and combine the cajun seasoning with the wings making sure that all of the wings are completely coated.
  4. Place the wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer, leaving a little bit of space between them.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve.

Notes

  • It's important that you make sure the wings are fully coated in the seasoning in order to have great flavor.
  • These are really great dipped in remoulade or even tossed with some wing sauce.
