Ingredients

  • 12 ounces well-drained canned lump crab meat
  • 8 ounces room temperature cream cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 thinly sliced green onion, about 1 ½ tablespoons
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
  • ½-1 teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 

Instructions

  1. Add 8 ounces room temperature cream cheese ½ cup mayonnaise, and ½ cup sour cream to a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Add 1 thinly sliced green onion, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning, ½-1 teaspoon hot sauce, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and mix until combined.
  3. Add 12 ounces well-drained canned lump crab meat and mix until combined. Taste and add more Cajun seasoning or hot sauce to your preference.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with your choice of crackers.
