Cajun Turkey Cobb Salad

This gluten free Cobb Salad recipe is colorful, flavorful & so easy to make! It's topped with Cajun turkey, avocado, tomatoes & creamy Cajun ranch dressing!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups diced Jennie-O® Cajun Style Turkey Breast from the service deli
  • ½ cup pepper jack cheese shredded
  • ½ cup tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup Red Onions thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • ½ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the romaine lettuce in a large bowl.
  2. Top with the Jennie-O Cajun Turkey, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, red onions, avocado and hard boiled eggs.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cajun seasoning and ranch dressing.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
