Cake Batter Fudge

Creamy, sweet, and rich cake batter flavor in this easy to make single serving fudge for one!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup cake batter
  • 2 tbsp butter divided
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp milk if needed, to loosen
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small microwave safe bowl, add sugar, cake batter, 1/2 butter.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute.
  3. Stir.
  4. Microwave for 25 seconds.
  5. Add second half butter and vanilla, if too dry, add milk to loosen.
  6. Beat until thick, then add sprinkles.
  7. Eat hot, or pop in the freezer for 10-15 minutes for cool fudge!
