Creamy, sweet, and rich cake batter flavor in this easy to make single serving fudge for one!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ⅓ cup cake batter
- 2 tbsp butter divided
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp milk if needed, to loosen
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- In a small microwave safe bowl, add sugar, cake batter, 1/2 butter.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir.
- Microwave for 25 seconds.
- Add second half butter and vanilla, if too dry, add milk to loosen.
- Beat until thick, then add sprinkles.
- Eat hot, or pop in the freezer for 10-15 minutes for cool fudge!
