Ingredients
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a large loaf pan, muffin tray, or 4 mini loaf pans.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and pumpkin. Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips leaving a few for the top.
- Spread batter into prepared pan and sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
- Place pan into oven and bake for about 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean once inserted into center of bread.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before slicing!
