- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- ¼ cup powdered sugar for rolling

- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
