Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 2 diced Roma tomatoes, about ½ cup
- 2 tablespoons minced onion, about 1/4 small onion
- 1 (4-ounce) can jalapeño, add to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cilantro
Instructions
- Start by peeling the skin and removing the pit of the avocado, dice them into cubes, and lightly mash them with a fork.
- Add the tomatoes, and onion to the avocado. Add the jalapeños to taste.
- Add the lemon juice, cilantro, and salt to taste. You can add more of the ingredients to your taste and liking.
- Serve with chips and enjoy!
