Ingredients
- 18 ounces box of brownie mix
- 2 eggs (or according to brownie mix directions)
- 2/3 cup oil (or according to brownie mix directions)
- 1/4 cup water (or according to brownie mix directions)
- 16.5 ounces tube premade cookie dough
- 4-5 candy bars of your choice
Instructions
- Take the tube of cookie dough and press into the bottom of a 12 inch pre-seasoned cast iron skillet.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions.
- Add in the chopped up chocolate candy bars of your choice.
- Pour the brownie mixture onto the cookie dough and spread out evenly.
- Bake in a 350 degree trailer oven or BBQ until the brownie is cooked, making sure to watch to keep the cookie bottom away from direct flame underneath it. In the BBQ cook it on one side and have the flames on the other so the bottom of the cookie doesn't get too dark.
- Let it cool until you can touch the cast iron skillet -a good 20 minutes outside-and then slice, top with ice cream and serve.
