Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Ghirardelli peppermint bark white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (I used a 14-oz can)
  • 20 Peppermint bark oreo cookies chopped. Set aside 1/2 C for topping
  • 1 cup Crushed candy canes set aside 1/4 C for topping

  1. Line an 8 X 8 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Using a double boiler, combine both chocolate chips and condensed milk and mix until smooth.
  3. Mix in the Oreos and 3/4 C crushed candy canes.
  4. Pour fudge into prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle remaining chopped Oreos and crushed candy canes.
  6. Allow to harden overnight before cutting into 1 inch squares.
