Candy Corn Bark

Candy Corn Bark is the perfect homemade Halloween candy treat. Made with a white chocolate base, crunchy pretzel sticks, and candy corn topping.

Ingredients

  • 18 ounces white chocolate or almond bark, melting disks
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • yellow food coloring , optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Add the white chocolate melting disks to the microwave for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
  3. If not melted add to microwave for additonal 15 seconds.
  4. If adding yellow color, remove 1/2 cup white chocolate to another bowl and add in 2 drops of yellow food coloring.
  5. Stir the colored white chocolate until well mixed.
  6. Add the white chocolate to the pan and dot with yellow colored white chocolate.
  7. Using an offset spatula or butter knife, spread the colors together.
  8. Top with pretzel sticks and candy corn.
  9. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until white chocolate has hardened before breaking apart.
