Canned Chickpea Hummus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • water as needed

Instructions

  1. Add the can of chickpeas and garlic cloves to a food processor and pulse.
  2. Add the tahini, lemon juice, salt and cumin, and process again until well combined.
  3. Slowly drizzle in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  4. Check the texture and add water to reach the consistency you desire.
  5. Process again for another 5 minutes. Taste, and then adjust flavors according to your preference.
