- 15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
- ¾ cup monk fruit/allulose powdered
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- zest of ½ orange
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- Add the ricotta and mascarpone cheeses to a mixing bowl.
- Whip using a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.
- Add in the sweetener, heavy cream, orange zest, vanilla extract and salt.
- Continue mixing until well combined.
- Chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve. Then top with the (optional) sugar-free chocolate chips right before serving.
