Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- sea salt to taste
- 4 lices whole-grain bread
- 4 ounces mozzarella balls halved
- 1 cup cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup cup basil leaves coarsely chopped
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Toast bread until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice and season with salt.
- Layer toast with mashed avocado, cut slices of toast in half, place cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
