Caprese Flatbread Pizza with Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste
- fresh mozzarella sliced
- Heirloom baby tomatoes halved or quartered
- fresh basil chopped
- balsamic glaze to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Pour the olive oil in a small ramekin then add the minced garlic and mix well.
- Spread the garlic and olive oil mixture evenly over both flatbreads. Season with a bit of sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
- Layer with the mozzarella slices, then add the tomato slices on top.
- Place the flatbread pizza into the oven and bake for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze; slice. Serve with grated parmesan on the side. Enjoy.
